Who we are (Data Controller)

If you contacted us (application form)

When you submit our application form, we collect: name, email, social handle, audience size, content niche, country, and any optional notes you provide. We use this solely to evaluate your application, to contact you about partnership opportunities, and to support you if you join. Lawful basis: your consent (you opt in via the application checkbox). You may withdraw consent any time by emailing us. We retain application data for 12 months unless you request deletion sooner.

If we contacted you (partnership outreach)

If you received an email from us without applying first, we reached you in your professional / business capacity about a creator-partnership or business-collaboration opportunity relevant to your public work.

• What we hold: your business or collaboration contact email, your public name or handle, and your content niche/platform.
• Where it came from: contact details you made publicly available for business or collaboration inquiries (e.g. a public channel, profile, business listing, or directory).
• Lawful basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in reaching relevant professionals about a partnership that fits their public activity. This is business-to-business / creator-collaboration outreach, not consumer marketing. For recipients in the United States we comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
• Your control: every email contains a one-click unsubscribe. You may object to processing at any time, and on objection or unsubscribe we stop contacting you and delete your data. We retain non-responding contacts for a maximum of 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or restrict processing of your data. Email support@autogrowsystem.com to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Partner introductions

If you join the program, we may introduce you to our partner brand, a publicly traded global beauty-technology company, under our affiliate account. That company operates under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for IP-based country detection (to route you to the correct regional partner link). No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics that share data outside the EU.
